User-friendly handling and Full HD resolution

The practical field monitor has a screen diagonal of 5.5 inches. It is easy to operate using the buttons at the top of the screen, allowing you to navigate easily through the menu. The external camera monitor also offers a Full HD resolution. Thanks to the high brightness of 800 nits and the supplied, removable sun visor, you can easily read and operate the monitor even in bright sunlight.

HDMI ports, 1/4-inch sockets and a swivel arm

With an HDMI input and an HDMI output on the Desview P5II field monitor, you can transfer 4K video from your camera to another device via the Desview P5II. The integrated 1/4-inch connectors on the side and bottom of the monitor and the included swivel arm with cold shoe connection allow for quick and secure mounting in horizontal or vertical position directly on your camera or on a tripod.

Practical functions for your photo shoot

The Desview P5II camera monitor offers many practical functions that are extremely useful both in the studio and for photo and video shoots on location.

The "Zebra" function, for example, allows you to detect overexposed areas, giving you a better overview of contours and light and dark areas.

The "False Color" function allows you to display overexposed areas in dark red, for example, so that they can be corrected.

The "Center Cross" function can be set to better adjust length ratios.

With the "Aspect Ratio" function, you can see which area will later be in the image and you can then transfer the photo to the format later using video editing software, while the "Safe Area" function shows which area must be in the image so that you can transfer the images to other formats later.

The "Focus Peaking" function makes it easier to see sharpness and blurring in the image. The "Focus Peaking" colors can be set in four different colors (red, green, blue and grey) and intensities can be set to different degrees.

Waveform, i.e. control of the luminance level, and Grid, i.e. division into individual image areas, are other helpful functions that the Field-Monitor P5II is equipped with.

The audio meter function can be used to display the deflection and recording of audio and the monitor has a sound playback function.

You also have the option of loading LUTs onto the monitor quickly and easily using the USB stick supplied, i.e. preset sets in terms of color, brightness, saturation and more.

Practical battery operation (optional)

The P5II camera monitor is compatible with NP-F batteries and an NP-F battery charger (not included!).
