Sony ILME-FX3 Camcorder E-mount

The Sony Alpha FX3 (ILME-FX3), is the most compact camera in the Cinema Line and was designed from the ground up for filmmakers working alone. With its built-in cooling solution, the FX3's shooting time can be significantly extended, making it suitable for a wider range of uses.

It shoots outstanding 4k full-frame quality at up to 120p, minimal rolling shutter and wide dynamic range even in low light (ISO up to 409,600) thanks to its 10.2MP Exmor R CMOS sensor and new Bionz XR image processor. The camera opens up new creative expression possibilities with built-in S-LOG3 and S-CINETONE image profiles, ushering in a new era of Sony Cinema Line cameras.

The Sony FX3 also offers new shooting possibilities thanks to new technologies for fast and accurate autofocus such as real-time eye autofocus, real-time tracking with touch function, and customizable autofocus tracking sensitivity. It is further equipped with a 5-axis image stabilizer with Active mode, making it ideal for handheld video.

In addition to its compact form factor, the FX3 comes with a detachable top handle that can be used to implement XLR inputs for professional microphones or other audio connections. The concept of a camera cage with various grip and screw options is already built into the camera to allow the form factor to be even more compact when shooting.

Fast and easy data transfer
Connect your Alpha camera to the Xperia PRO via the USB/cable Ethernet connection* and your images are automatically transferred from the Alpha to the FTP server. Fast and reliable, the transfer happens seamlessly in the background.

*USB Tethering is compatible with Alpha 1 and Alpha 7S III. Wired Ethernet tethering is compatible with Alpha 1, Alpha 9 II and Alpha 9. To establish wired Ethernet tethering with Alpha camera and Xperia PRO, it will need third-party Ethernet USB adapter.

Stamina mode for longer 5G usage.
Designed to support efficient data transfer, Stamina Mode is another feature unique to The Xperia PRO. When Stamina Mode is enabled, users can continue to transfer data at maximum performance while attaching the Xperia PRO with a camera device*.

*We recommend using a holder or cradle as stamina mode increases heat reduction, which can cause the device to get hot.

Hama Smartphone/Tablet Mount for Hot Shoe

This mount from Hama allows you to use your smartphone or tablet on your camera, providing a much larger control monitor than is available with the camera display. By combining tablet/smartphone with your DSLR, you can film and shoot at the same time. The included ball head allows for optimal alignment of your shots in portrait and landscape format.

The flexible mount is suitable for use with smartphones of width 5.5 cm to 8.2 cm as well as tablets of width 11.5 cm to 18.5 cm (each measured in landscape format) and a DSLR with WLAN. The angle of the mount can be adjusted as desired, so you can adapt it to the environment. The camera can be easily controlled via smartphone or tablet. In doing so, the flashlight function of the device can be used as a light source.

Bloggers who take pictures with the camera, for example, can use the tablet or smartphone to pose as a blogger. Thanks to the compact and lightweight design, the mount is ideal to take along on trips. The ball head can also be used individually, e.g. for tripods.
