DJI Mic Mini supports omnidirectional audio recording. The receiver can pair with two transmitters simultaneously. Even if you record multiple sound sources, the microphone is characterized by a detailed sound reproduction and ensures that you always get high audio quality.

Two-stage noise canceling

Auto limiting to prevent audio clipping

When auto limiting [4] is enabled, DJI Mic Mini automatically lowers the volume when the audio input is too high to prevent clipping and ensure reliable audio quality. This is particularly useful for content creators.

Mono and stereo recordings

The DJI Mic Mini supports both mono and stereo recordings (dual channel). The audio recordings of the two channels can be output separately or combined into a single audio track, providing more flexibility in post-production

If you activate a backup recording in the DJI Mimo app, the DJI Mic Mini can record in two tracks. The main track is recorded at normal volume, while the second track is 6 dB quieter to avoid problems such as clipping and distortion. This ensures that you can record usable audio even at fluctuating volumes during live performances.

48 hours battery life with charging case, [1] no more frequent charging

One transmitter and one receiver have a maximum battery life of 11.5 and 10.5 hours respectively [6]. A fully charged case offers around 3.6 full charges for a total of 48 hours of extended use. [1] This makes DJI Mic Mini ideal for long trips, interviews and other intensive use scenarios.

5 min. fast charge

After just five minutes of charging, the receiver and transmitter can be used for about an hour, [7] which significantly improves charging efficiency. With support for 1.2C fast charging, the receiver and transmitter can be fully charged in around 90 and 100 minutes respectively, [8] so you can get back to work quickly.

Automatic transmitter power saving function [9]

The transmitter automatically switches to sleep mode when it does not detect a signal from the receiver. It wakes up and reconnects to the receiver as soon as the signal is detected again. This function allows you to wear the transmitter over a longer period of time without having to switch it on and off frequently.

Automatic switch-off

In the DJI Mimo app, you can set the transmitter and receiver to switch off automatically after a certain period of inactivity. If this function is activated on both devices, they will switch off automatically if they are not connected for more than 15 minutes. This saves the battery and gives you more energy for your creativity.

Stable anti-interference, 400 m transmission

Audio can be transmitted up to 400 meters [10] and thanks to the DJI Mic Mini's powerful interference immunity, your recordings will remain stable and in high quality even in busy outdoor areas such as a hectic street or a crowded event.

Easy wireless recording

DJI Mic Mini is compatible with the DJI Neo drone. Once the drone is connected to the DJI Fly app, you can connect it to the DJI Mic Mini via your smartphone's Bluetooth to record audio. . DJI Mimo app for increased efficiency

When the transmitter is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, you can update the transmitter firmware directly via the Mimo app. Once your smartphone has been connected to the receiver via a USB-C adapter, [14] a single tap in the app is all it takes to update the entire system. The settings for noise suppression, automatic limiting and recording start/stop can also be adjusted in the app.
