The DJI Air 3S is a dual-camera drone designed for travel photography that integrates a range of advanced technologies. The DJI Air 3S features a dual camera system consisting of a 1-inch CMOS main camera and a 1/1.3-inch CMOS mid-telephoto camera. Omnidirectional vision sensor system
The DJI Air 3S supports the Advanced Pilot Assistance System (APAS). In addition, the Air 3S is the first DJI drone with a forward-facing LiDAR to feature downward-facing infrared time-of-flight (ToF) sensors and six vision sensors (two front, rear and bottom) to achieve omnidirectional obstacle detection at night. [2] This function enables the drone to automatically detect and avoid obstacles such as buildings during its flight and return flight, ensuring robust safety during night shooting.

DO NOT fly near reflective surfaces such as water or snow. Otherwise, the image processing system may not work properly. If the GNSS signals are weak, fly the aircraft in well-lit environments: The front, back, left, right and top of the drone are within range of surfaces with recognizable textures with illuminance greater than 10 lux. Similarly, the ground below is textured and diffusely reflective with a reflectivity of over 20%, even in lighting conditions with an illuminance of more than 10 lux. The vision system may not function properly in dark environments. DO NOT fly near areas with magnetic or radio interference. Known sources of magnetic or radio interference include Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, Bluetooth devices, high voltage power lines, large power transmission stations, radar stations, mobile base stations and transmission towers. Avoid sand entering the aircraft when taking off in desert or beach areas. Fly the aircraft in open areas away from crowds. Buildings, mountains and trees can block the GNSS signal and affect the compass on board.

the DJI Air 3S maintains Bluetooth connectivity for 12 hours after powering off, allowing direct smartphone connections without having to turn the drone back on. Bluetooth automatically deactivates after 12 hours after turning off the drone
