The NTH-100 is a very natural sounding headphone - with a sound signature similar to that of open headphones, but offering all the advantages of a closed model: very good external shielding and hardly any crosstalk into the room or to the microphone.

During development, the focus was also on maximum durability. For example, the stainless spring steel headband has been tested over 20,000 times under extreme pressure, which corresponds to approximately 25 years of daily use. The connecting cable between the two shells has four strain relief points and is designed for a load of over 25 kg, and the connecting cable including sockets on the ear cups can also be loaded with 12 kg.

Pair-matched drivers, an extremely precise frequency response, and a state-of-the-art acoustic design optimized for exceptional detail and transparency give you an incredible listening experience. The ergonomically designed cups fit the ear perfectly for unparalleled acoustic performance, while the memory foam provides constant contact pressure and excellent attenuation of external noise.

As a low impedance headphone with high sensitivity, it can be easily operated with any audio interface, mixer or headphone amplifier. The over-ear headphones are precision-manufactured to preserve every nuance during playback, whether it's a single sound source during recording, the balance during a mix, or the final finished product.

The Alcantara® padding makes the headphones particularly comfortable to wear, accompanied by clean lines and the high-quality finish of the ear cups and headband. The ergonomic design of the ear cups is not only acoustically optimal, but also aesthetically unique, rounded off by the unmistakable RØDE "Ø" and the golden dot.

The NTH-100 works with single-sided cable routing. The connection of the cable is thereby both left and right possible, both ear cups have a 3.5 mm jack with bayonet locking. Large "L" and "R" markings in the ear cups, a red marking ring on the right cup, and corresponding Braille signs (!) on the outside of the cups leave no doubt as to where right is and where left is.

Another feature of the NTH-100: Both ear pads, head cushions and the cables are available as accessories in the colors orange, blue, pink and green. So you can customize the headphones to your outfit.
